Ordering Policy

HOURS OF OPERATION: THURSDAY & FRIDAY 6PM-9PM and SATURDAY & SUNDAY FROM 1 PM-5 PM EST.

  • Delivery Orders must be placed by the Thursday of the scheduled delivery week

  • The minimum order is 10 Rolls

  • The minimum order per flavour is 5 Rolls

LATE FEE & CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If the order is not picked up within 30 minutes of scheduled pickup time, a $5 late fee will be charged to the customer.

  • All cancellations must be placed at least 24 hours before pick up/delivery time scheduled, in order to receive a full refund.

  • Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear as a credit on your method of payment according to our payment provider, Stripe. Thank you for your patience.

  • No refunds will be given on orders cancelled on scheduled pick up/delivery day.
